Today we’d like to introduce you to Amber Pierce.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Society would define me as “Disabled” or “Vulnerable”. I have been living with mental health diagnoses since the age of 14. But, I aim to reinvent those terms. I prefer to think of myself as uniquely able, and increasingly courageous. Thwarted into motherhood by the age of 19. I was unable to acquire stable footing into young adulthood before I became a single mother of 2, in my early 20s. Now, at nearly 4O years of age, a mother of 5! It was difficult to find the time to discover who I was becoming, or why I was attracting such chaos into my life. From surviving a Brain injury as a result of driving drunk, nearly costing the lives of my child and self; To regaining custody of my children from the foster care system. And, even enduring bouts of homelessness with my growing family, in crisis. Why? I wasn’t doing drugs, tho I did smoke weed. The issue was that I did not understand my own creative ability. As an artist, I used to paint reflections of my woes. Until I began to realize that my greatest masterpiece was my colorful life! In 2021, after living off of welfare and disability for 20 years, I became the breadwinner of my household. Living in the suburbs, caring for my children with the flexibility of working from home. I am living a life I once thought was impossible. At Creation Elevations, I teach others how to use creativity to manifest!
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Honestly, my biggest challenge is myself. Once you understand, or rather “INNERstand” your capacity for creation. You begin to realize that you REALIZE everything. You have literally been the conductor of your life’s symphony. You have been responsible for every stroke that collectively becomes a masterpiece. The masterpiece that is YOU! Unfortunately, this includes all of your hardships and trials. When you broaden this perspective, you become aware of our co-creating a universal experience. In this, even being the victim of unfortunate circumstances becomes a manifestation of our higher self. We are, on some level, both victim and perpetrator. Experiencing, and re-experiencing every lifetime and all of its adversities. On what sometimes feels like a micro-level, we battle our own thoughts on a daily basis. Our mindsets are often our quickest modes of manifestation. Without truly grasping our own capabilities to utilize our mindset and belief system for intentional creation. We cycle through habits formed by limiting beliefs, attracting obstacles into our reality. Sometimes we don’t recognize negative beliefs that have been instilled in us since birth. In other instances, we deny our own ability to LEARN from our adversity. We spend so much time in the throws of creating struggle, we can’t appreciate why we might be attracting it for our own advancement. In the time I’ve spent lamenting over my blockages, attracting more of them, I became my own greatest challenge. But, I have also learned to put my broken pieces together again, solving problems like a puzzle!
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
Being a person who has survived a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), I have gained an interest in brain function. As a result, I have submerged myself in both the study and practice of several neuro health and wellness endeavors. I am currently a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained to speak to the subconscious mind. This allows me to really infuse creative activities, with the capacity to infiltrate negative belief systems. With Creation Elevations, you can learn how to cultivate your creativity; Become a person who understands the life they’ve created, and how to continue to manifest your reality with intent! I have spent the last decade and a half, strengthening my ability to understand energy and frequency, an ability that seemed to have heightened after my Brain Injury. Trying to ascertain my new level of brain function, and how it links with the understanding of spirit. I’ve dabbled with the use of psychedelics and their possible links to increased mental health and cognition; Even going as far as exploring Ketamine infusions, (which are legal, and covered by insurance) that claim to foster new neuro-pathways. Researching bio-feedback, both neuro and cardio; I have undergone treatments that allowed me to learn how to harness the power of synchronizing your mind and heart through focused meditation. I document my own progress for our Youtube vlog. I’ve taken all I’ve learned about self-discovery and packaged it in fun, rewarding projects! With Creation Elevations, you make memories while you make your life experience.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
The greatest advice I could ever give to anyone desiring success is to STOP desiring success! Instead of desiring success, recognize success. If all you have ever done is survive into this moment, own THAT as your greatest success, and move forward from there! Most of us have accomplished more than simply surviving, yet we deny ourselves the luxury of feeling successful. We are constantly yearning for the better time to come. True success comes in recognizing your success in the moment and truly allowing yourself to experience your life from the perspective of a successful person. Sure, it’s okay to desire -more- success, but it will never be achieved without embracing the success you already have! At Creation Elevations, I teach people to appreciate their current situations, even if they are enduring their greatest struggle. We do this by leaning into the understanding that our web of life is spun from our own design! You learn how to cut away what no longer serves you, and paste in your reasons to prevail until you’ve collaged together an existence that you’re proud of!
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
There really is no greater success than being overjoyed with the life you are living! That is why here at Creation Elevations we believe in reveling in your wins and using that joy to catapult you into a next-level quality of life! No more believing that you are not qualified for the life you deserve! Do you remember how to create as a young toddler? Perhaps taking your favorite color of crayon and filling your paper to heart’s content? Did you ever question, or care whether someone saw your efforts as simply “scribbles”? Usually, young children can not wait to show off their work. They have yet to have instilled the doubt in them, that haunts so many of us as adults. Yes, most little ones will hurry to the closest pair of eyes. And, filled to the brim with joy, they say “Look what I made!”. Our mission at Creation Elevations, is to help people feel that same joy in the lives they’re creating. After all, Look what we’ve made!
What’s next for you?
Creation Elevations continues to make local strides, in Minneapolis MN, where Amber Pierce the Founder of the program, resides. Volunteering, partnering with non-profits, supporting local businesses (Especially BIPOC owned), and genuinely uplifting everyone she comes across. Amber hopes to use her artistic, and energetic strengths to enhance the world we live in, one masterpiece at a time. As we await the completion of our e-book “The Art of Abundance; Using Creativity to Manifest”, we are also aiming to increase the amount of impact Creation Elevations can achieve, as we try to push beyond our now humble beginnings. Though our social media presence is quaint, we are eager to invite everyone into our little section of the now “Metaverse”.
