It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Grind. Hustle. Grit. Perseverance, but above all… prayer.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
My biggest challenge is that my music is too hip-hop for Christians, and too Christian for hip-hop. I’m an anomaly. I’m too difficult to categorize and fit in a box.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
As a battle rapper, I bring originality, lyricism, wordplay, aggression and insight.
As a rap artist, I create fresh content for the everyday listener. My music is relatable, spiritual, political and danceable.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Keep Jesus first. Remain teachable. Persevere and never give up on your dreams!
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success is originality; doing what only you were created to do.
What’s next for you?
I have several rap battles scheduled for the year 2023. I am set to release a collaborative R&B album with singer Preem, titled Until Forever. I’m also working on my 4th studio album titled As I Am.
