Exclusive Interview with Lil Ackson

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lil Ackson.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I always had a thing for music just never the opportunity to actually do it. I tried doing it with my friends but none of them were actually down to do it. I decided to just go for it alone and when I did release it, I recorded an ep all in my room. So of course it’s going to sound bad, but I didn’t care I was just glad I somehow released the ep. I got so much hate and I guess that’s what really pushed me to actually try. Then I sort of slacked off for a while but after going through some life situations, that’s what also made me push my music further and seriously.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Sheesh… Man to be honest with you, I mostly came from a path full of fake friends. You know the people I had around me never really cared about me and have done things behind my back. I learned a lot of lessons, but one of my challenges definitely has to be the fake friends I once had, the trust, trying to find my sound the one that fits me best. You know it’s all different situations, but I always go for the outcome and the best for me and the people close to me who care for me truly. I always do the best through any challenge placed in front of me, but those are just a few.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I started focusing more on music recently due to the free time I had and also the pain I have held inside me. I don’t really open up about my feelings to people so I mostly try to make them as lowkey in my songs but for them to know that pain is still there. I learned so much within these few months and learned so much so my craft definitely changed from alot. So just knowing I progress more and more and learn within me the power of music, helps me motivate myself and keep going. The only competition I have is me so like I said I challenge myself because it’s me vs me in the end.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Literally 3 things. Believe in yourself, Ignore what anyone says. Even if it includes bad bonds with family members. It only last until they see you have yourself stable and doing well. And lastly do not give up no matter how hard it gets. I been through so much situations that literally had me wanting to end my life but somehow I found through it. I live a great life right now. So hopefully I continue to grow and find more within my journey and for everyone else to.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Finding peace within you. Once you have peace and everything you have asked for, that’s your true success

What’s next for you?

I have a song coming soon called Path Pains and hopefully that’s the one.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?

They can search me up on google “Lil Ackson” or just follow my social medias on all platforms “xolilackson” and stream my music on all music platforms “Lil Ackson.”
