Before he became a TEDx speaker, author, and transformation advisor, Achille Ettorre was solving problems inside supply chains, warehouses, and operations centers. His early experience with Walmart, DHL, and Fanuc Robotics gave him firsthand knowledge of how systems really work. Later, at Loblaw Companies Ltd., he helped bring data strategy to enterprise scale.
But theory wasn’t enough for him.

“I wasn’t speaking at conferences yet. I was automating rental agreements, training staff, and fixing real problems.”
