Meet Sophia Hardcastle, a 20-year-old Minneapolis-based model who began her journey in the modeling industry in January of 2022. While simultaneously being a full-time student and working as a health coach. She has since made modeling her mission to “be more than just another pretty face in the industry” and instead use her platform as a source of inspiration to other people her age.
Sophia’s true, most tremendous success is developing more into the vulnerable and contrite version of herself she aspires to be. When people typically ask what her greatest accomplishment is, they assume she will give a general response, such as being mentioned in a previous magazine or the brand opportunities she’s been to have. “Social recognition of things will come and go, but the inner work matters at the end of the day. And if you’re a little bit better than you were the day before, I’d consider that a success.”
Sophia thinks you need to be passionate about your work, persistent, and patient to be a successful entrepreneur.
