In November 2025, in Atlanta, Demps advanced to the District-level Table Topics Competition within Toastmasters International, a milestone many members pursue for years. After winning at the club level and placing second at the area contest, he was informed that the first-place winner could not advance. The District stage would be his.

In May, he launched his first professional development initiative in Moscow, Russia. By August, he completed the Marine Corps Marine Security Guard program all while pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Leadership at Lake Sumter State College.
