Meet Charity M Golden

Today we’d like to introduce you to Charity M Golden.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

It took me a long life of living in patterns that were self-destructive to bring me to a point where I hit bottom. I hit many bottoms and no matter what I did, it seemed that I couldn’t escape. I felt like life was just a pattern of repeat and hurt. I always knew that I wanted my pain to serve a purpose, I just hadn’t found what that was. And, then I found my Coaching Program. And, I started to shift out of my old identity and into who I had always wished I could be. From that moment on I have known freedom and my mission has become showing others that they can be free too.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

I struggled with so many and so much of life. I didn’t know how to live it without trauma and pain being a source of motivation. On my way to where I am now I experienced abusive marriages, psych units, addictions, mental health disorders, and disability. It was a long road that started with finding recovery and sobriety. But, eventually, even recovery and the idea of it felt like a cage. I wanted to be free, and the truth was that I wanted to be free of “me”. It was when I discovered this, that life started changing. I was a client of my program before I started Coaching it, and the results that I continue to see are why it is so important to me that I share it. I now help people to climb out of the rabbit-hole, to discover their power, and achieve their dreams. Dreams really do come true, if you believe, focus, and act in alignment towards them.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I help people to tap into their subconscious to release patterns of learned thinking and feeling so that they can let go of what has been keeping them from achieving their goals. So much of the time it is “us” that is in our own way. I guide people to finding their passion and purpose, their true choices, so that they can create and not remain a victim to life and its circumstances. My clients learn a 5 step model to step into a new way of being that puts the focus and energy into their desired results instead of on the problem. They learn a new structure that lets go of the past and the self-imposed limitations learned along the way and they experience the true freedom that lies in choice. I help them to recode their old programming and condition their minds and bodies into feeling empowered, happy, and free.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

My best advice for readers is to act now. Don’t wait for the fear of change to go away. Do it afraid. Make a change and invest in yourself now. Your life is your responsibility and no one can change it but you. I propose that you think of your life as it is now and imagine that you can fast-forward to 1 year from now. Nothing changes if nothing changes, so a year from now you will be right where you are. So, my big advice is to take that first step and invest in your future today. You have nothing to lose but your limitations.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me means progress. There is no such thing as perfection, but progress is possible. Change is possible. I think that success comes out of failure, and only through failure, so that in a way our failures are a path towards any successes we achieve. So, really, there is no failing only learning and achieving that which we hope to achieve. Progress is the thing to shoot for. Success and failure both are a part of life, just don’t take on either as part of your identity because it isn’t “who” you are but an experience you created. You can feel successful no matter what you are going through.

What’s next for you?

My next steps are moving into the world of Podcasting. I have been a guest on a Podcast recently and I loved it. I’m also working on a book series that I started years ago. Ultimately, though, my next steps are growing and expanding the reach of my business so that I can offer this amazing program to a wider audience and create more impact.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more.
