Nail Technician Britney Robinson Is Changing The Narrative On CBD In The Beauty Industry

Today we’d like to introduce you to Britney Robinson.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I’ve been a licensed nail tech since Junes 2005 at 17 years old. After my first year of owning my nail salon COVID happened. In Jan 2020 I started Boujee Blowz CBD brand and it was a blessing in disguise. When they sent out the email that we had to shutdown I didn’t panic. I simply went home and turned my business into an online business. It quickly took off. During the pandemic not only was that a great pivot but the industry was deemed essential.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

I have had to overcome a lot of challenges because I’m a nail tech. So naturally people expected me to sell nail products but my heart wasn’t in those type of products. It has been a challenge because there is so many rules and regulations surrounding the cannabis industry however, I’m dedicated to seeing this through.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I specialize in educating the black and brown community about normalizing CBD usage for mental, physical & emotional wellness. Also how to incorporate it into their retail sales as salon owners or beauty professionals.

They should work with me over the competition because there’s not a product that I have in my store, that I have not handpicked and personally tried. I understand how our body uses cannabis because of our already existing endocannabinoid system in our body. Not only that I’m an advocate for alternative & holistic medicine.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

My best word of advice is take the risk because there’s nothing worse than regretting that you didn’t at least try.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

The word success means to me that I’ve paved a way that has made it easier for those coming behind me to get to theirs faster. Not only that but success means that I now have free time to do other income generating activities that will position my family and others families to win.

What’s next for you?

What’s next for me is turning my CBD brand Boujee Blowz into a multi million dollar brand. As well as teaching newer nail techs how to become six figure earning nail techs.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?

They can contact me by sending me an email info@boujeeblowz.co
