Seltzer had returned to graduate school at age fifty eight to earn a Master’s degree in Theology, centering her thesis on the creation of a women focused soul care center. Like many ideas rooted in purpose, it waited patiently while life unfolded.
The difference this time was partnership. Souza encouraged Seltzer to finally bring the idea forward, recognizing that launching a business of this nature required complementary strengths. Seltzer became the voice, teacher and spiritual guide. Souza took ownership of structure, visibility and execution. Together, they created a model grounded in mutual respect and clearly defined roles.
Early Challenges and Intentional Focus
The founders are candid about being in the early stages. Their biggest challenges have been learning how to balance responsibilities as partners and building visibility in a crowded digital landscape. For Seltzer, that means speaking, teaching, counseling and leading retreats. For Souza, it means administration, follow up, social media strategy and guiding potential clients toward the right offerings. That clarity has allowed both women to work with energy rather than exhaustion.
