The Personal Inspiration Behind the Mission
The concept for LaRue’s platform began taking shape during a deeply personal season in 2022. While managing multiple businesses, raising two children, and caring for aging parents, she realized that even experienced financial professionals can struggle to prioritize their own financial organization and personal goals.
Curious whether other women felt the same way, LaRue began conducting candid interviews with successful female entrepreneurs and executives. What she discovered was eye opening. These conversations eventually inspired LaRue to host a unique professional photoshoot experience for a small group of women. The event created a space where participants could openly celebrate their accomplishments and begin reframing their relationship with money, leadership, and identity.
The experience confirmed something LaRue had long suspected. For many affluent women, the biggest barrier to financial confidence is not money. It is isolation, fear, and a lack of safe spaces to learn and ask questions.
From Financial Advice to Financial Leadership
LaRue’s career includes significant milestones, including earning Top Producer recognition within her independent broker dealer, a distinction awarded to just seventy five advisors out of approximately four thousand nationwide. She maintained that recognition for more than a decade while building a respected advisory firm and loyal client base.
Today her focus has expanded beyond investment conversations to include longevity planning, health awareness, and long term lifestyle strategy. Her research has included interviews with long term care providers and participation in innovation initiatives at the MIT AgeLab focused on aging and future retirement trends.
