Priya Jhajj’s work begins with a question that has shaped much of her professional journey: Why do people sometimes struggle to change patterns they already understand?
With a background in psychology and neuropsychology, Jhajj has spent her career exploring the relationship between conscious awareness, emotional experiences and the body’s responses.
That interest eventually led her to create NeuroSomatics, a complementary healing modality that brings together nervous system regulation, somatic practices and principles of neuropsychology.
Today, through her brand Limitless by Priya, she is developing an international presence as a practitioner, educator and emerging voice in manifestation and personal transformation.
Behind that growth is a philosophy rooted in her belief that understanding the mind is only part of understanding the human experience.
The Thinking Behind NeuroSomatics
Jhajj’s professional interests extend across psychology, manifestation, trauma informed practices and personal development.
These areas share a common theme in her work: the relationship between what people consciously believe and how they experience those beliefs emotionally and physically.
She became particularly interested in the gap between intellectual understanding and the body’s automatic responses.
A person might recognize an unhelpful pattern, develop greater self awareness and make a conscious commitment to change. Still, familiar emotional reactions can persist.
Jhajj began exploring how body based practices could contribute to this process, eventually developing the approach that became NeuroSomatics.
“I believe we can consciously know the life we want and still have a body that doesn’t yet have the capacity to hold it,” she says. “NeuroSomatics was created to bridge that gap.”
Her work reflects an effort to connect psychological concepts with practical experiences that encourage participants to become more aware of their nervous system responses.
NeuroSomatics is intended to complement existing approaches to well being rather than replace medical care or psychological treatment.
Building Limitless by Priya
Jhajj’s broader brand, Limitless by Priya, reflects her interests beyond a single healing modality.
Her work encompasses manifestation, conscious awareness, personal transformation and the ways people may experience emotional and physical patterns throughout their lives.
As an educator, she aims to make these subjects more accessible while encouraging deeper conversations about the relationship between personal intentions and nervous system responses.
NeuroSomatics became a practical expression of that philosophy.
Through private sessions and NeuroSomatics LIVE group experiences, Jhajj introduced participants to an approach centered on body awareness and nervous system regulation.
The response has been significant. Group experiences have repeatedly sold out, leading to additional dates, while videos showing participants’ emotional and physical responses have attracted attention online.
For Jhajj, however, the work has always involved ambitions extending beyond individual sessions.
Recognition, Community Impact and Professional Development
Alongside building her practice, Jhajj has received award nominations and professional recognition.
She has also raised approximately $300,000 for mental health organizations, reflecting a commitment to supporting mental health initiatives beyond her own business.
Another important milestone has been the development of the NeuroSomatics Practitioner Training, which has achieved CPD accreditation.
The accreditation recognizes the training’s continuing professional development framework and marks an important achievement in the growth of the modality.
Earlier in 2026, Jhajj trained her first group of practitioners in the United Kingdom, extending NeuroSomatics beyond its Canadian origins.
The next practitioner training is scheduled for December 2026 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
These developments have allowed Jhajj to expand her role from delivering sessions to educating other professionals in the approach she created.
A Personal Brand With an International Vision
Jhajj is now focused on two connected goals: expanding NeuroSomatics internationally and establishing a wider platform for her work as a speaker, educator and thought leader.
She wants conversations about manifestation and personal transformation to include a deeper understanding of how the nervous system influences people’s experiences.
Her vision for NeuroSomatics is equally ambitious.
“My vision is to change the way we understand healing, not just through the mind, but through the body, and to take this work to people around the world,” she says.
With CPD accredited training, international practitioners and growing demand for her experiences, Jhajj has already taken meaningful steps toward that goal.
Her work continues to reflect the question that inspired NeuroSomatics in the first place: what becomes possible when people begin paying attention to both their conscious intentions and their body’s responses?
