Today we’d like to introduce you to Sanad Boughalmi.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
My name is Sanad Boughalmi, Founder of LeadMogul.co, a real estate advertising agency serving the Dubai market. I’ve come to the advertising space from a sales background working as a junior consultant for a sports agency but when Covid hit, like many people I needed to pivot into something else. Starting a digital advertising agency seemed like the perfect choice at the time since many businesses were already investing heavily in online marketing to keep their businesses thriving and also for the low costs of getting the agency up and running. I literally started with 0$ in my bank account.
Since then, we’ve grown our team to 3 full-time employees and few contractors that work with on a daily basis. We, also, went from 0 to multiple 6-figures in ARR and currently work with amazing clients in 3 countries, mainly in Dubai, the UAE.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
When I started my company, I didn’t really know the ins and outs of digital marketing, I was just certain that there’s a demand for such services and I can sell to people. So probably getting into an industry that I didn’t know a thing about was the most challenging aspect of getting the business off the ground.
Also, building a team that will take good care of our clients was another challenge that I needed to overcome as I wouldn’t consider myself a great leader at the time. Now my team is actually the reason why we’re successful and why our clients are getting incredible results and dominating their markets.
So, I’d say that entrepreneurship is an ongoing learning curve that keeps challenging you every single day. You just need to be consistent and trust that whatever the problem is, there’s always a solution.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
In simple words, we help real estate companies build systems that will allow them to enjoy more freedom in their business while also closing more deals than ever.
In real estate, most of the time, referrals, word of mouth, and portals like Property Finder & Bayut, are what drive leads to agencies. That’s the change that we wanted to make. We wanted to help our clients build a predictable and consistent real estate business without being worried about when their next commission is coming.
With our help, our clients, today, are attracting more qualified buyers and closing more transactions completely on auto-pilot. Without selling their souls to content creation, without counting on real estate portals, and more importantly without being glued to their desks all day long doing the work that does not really move the needle forward for them.
With just a simple yet efficient system that we’ve developed over the last year, we’re helping our clients purely focus on what matters most in real estate – Selling Properties.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Success is a process. Whether you want to become a successful entrepreneur, a famous author, or an industry-leading real estate agent, it takes years to master your craft and if you only focus on truly helping your market achieve success in their business, career, or relationships, success is inevitable.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Most people think of success in business as how much cash you have in the bank. I genuinely believe that our success is only measured by the impact we are making in our clients’ and partners’ businesses and eventually lives. Money is just the by-product of that impact.
The more impact you make equals the more money you make. It’s as simple as that for me and that’s the philosophy I built my company on. I, also, make sure my team is aligned with that vision because at the end of the day, alone, you can’t build a successful company, you build a great team that builds you a successful company.
What’s next for you?
We aim to become the #1 real estate advertising company in Dubai over the next few years. The next step for us is to move to Dubai, be close to our clients and help more real estate firms around the UAE leverage our system to grow their companies and dominate their local markets.
