From Music Mogul to Eco-Messenger: Willy Shares’ Unlikely Green Evolution

Before he was 30, Willy Shares had already lived multiple professional lifetimes — teen creative prodigy, music industry insider, tech-driven innovator — but it’s his newest title that may leave the most enduring mark: ecological advocate.

As the founder of Love Unity Initiative, Shares is no longer chasing charts or algorithms. He’s chasing impact.

Roots in Reinvention

Shares’ path wasn’t forged through conventional gatekeeping. As a 13-year-old homeschooler, he stepped into the world of business during a college-level workshop in photography and entrepreneurship. Within a year, he was a nationally published photographer collaborating with musicians across coasts.

At 15, he leaned further into music, transitioning from creative contributor to artist manager.

“It was less about having a title and more about staying immersed in the learning process,” he explains.

That curiosity would take him far — from New York to LA, from indie scenes to boardrooms.

Industry Ascent

By 21, Shares was already helping shape digital culture as a Partner in a social media creator collective with a reach of over half a billion followers.

Not long after, he became Head of Creative at a Silicon Valley startup, working closely with Universal Music Group to lead campaigns instrumental in designing machine-learning tools that transformed the global direct-to-consumer music landscape.

The campaigns? Massive.
The artists? Legendary.
The results? A Billboard #1 hit that held the crown for seven straight weeks.

But despite these milestones, something deeper was calling.

Awakening the Advocate

“I wanted my work to serve something beyond commerce,” Shares says.

That seed became Love Unity Initiative, a movement at the crossroads of music, culture, and ecological consciousness.

Today, he’s working with music festivals and communities to develop ecological programming that enhances the fan experience while promoting ecological responsibility.

His approach? Integrate ecology not as an afterthought, but as a cornerstone of the culture.

“I believe festivals can be both transcendent and transformative — for the earth as well as the audience.”

Beyond the Brand

Shares is quick to challenge traditional notions of branding and productivity.

“I rest when I’m ready to rest and work when I’m inspired,” he says.
“I’ve learned that choosing myself first allows me to give more to others.”

His insights on burnout?

“Trust that what’s present is enough. In the big picture, it always is.”

What’s Next

Love Unity Initiative is now accepting community membership applications.

Shares, an artist at heart, is developing upcycled art installations for festivals and beyond. He’s also actively expanding his public voice, with a written goal of speaking to over 10 million people worldwide.

Willy Shares’ trajectory continues to defy expectation. His story is a reminder that true innovation doesn’t just disrupt — it heals, uplifts, and reimagines what’s possible.
