His career trajectory led him through diverse sales environments, from automotive to SaaS, each experience adding a layer of insight. Military service and a healthcare career further shaped his disciplined, evidence-based approach.

However, a realization struck him: most sales training was product-focused rather than skill-focused.

“I saw people trapped in silos, only knowing how to sell one thing, while the fundamental principles of effective selling applied universally.”

Determined to change this, he founded Profits Prophet—a sales training platform focused on skill mastery rather than just product knowledge.

Overcoming Early Challenges

Like most entrepreneurs, Galpin faced significant hurdles at the start.

“I lacked confidence, startup funds, social media knowledge, and even the ability to show my face due to my day job,” he admits. “And let’s not forget—the market already seemed saturated.”

But he refused to accept failure.

“It doesn’t matter how many times I fail—I will find the winning formula. I’m bringing this vision to reality with raw willpower, refined skills, charisma, and a PhD in enthusiasm!”

A Pivotal Moment of Growth

One defining trait has fueled Galpin’s success: an unwavering refusal to quit.

“At one point, I was making $40 in two weeks selling steaks, while others made $1,000 a day. Instead of quitting, I studied what they did differently and adapted.”

This mindset of observation, adaptation, and persistence has been the cornerstone of his business.

“Success doesn’t happen overnight. It’s about accumulating small wins and refining your approach over time.”

Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

For those struggling to build their brands or businesses, Galpin offers this advice:

Leverage hardships. “Resilience is your greatest advantage. Use challenges as learning opportunities.”
Be authentic. “Your story is your differentiator. My unconventional path—from high school dropout to clinical research leader—isn’t a weakness; it’s a strength.”
Master transferable skills. “Sales, communication, and problem-solving will serve you across any industry.”
Be ruthlessly evidence-based. “Track everything, test constantly, and abandon what doesn’t work.”
Stay consistent. “Success is a series of small wins over time.”

And in classic Galpin fashion, he adds:

“Where your head goes, your ass will follow. Make sure they’re both pointed in the right direction!”

Maintaining Work-Life Balance

For Galpin, work is life—but in the best way possible.

“I’m addicted to sales. Every interaction is an opportunity to network, learn, and refine skills.”

However, he cautions against burnout.

“Real burnout is caused by a lack of resources. Identify what’s missing and fix the supply.”

Most importantly, he reminds entrepreneurs:

“We don’t work to make money—we work to create financial freedom to do what we love. If you’re not making time for those things, you’re missing the point.”

The Future: World Domination

When asked about future plans, Galpin doesn’t mince words:

“World Domination. I never think smaller than that.”
