A Performance Mindset Built Before Business

Crane’s ability to perform under pressure did not begin in real estate. As a Division I gymnast, she spent years developing discipline, resilience and mental endurance. After her athletic career, she earned a master’s degree in social work, specializing in trauma work and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Those experiences shaped how she approaches leadership and performance today.

By blending psychological insight with business strategy, Crane helps sales professionals overcome burnout, self doubt and the mental barriers that often limit growth.

“I achievers often feel like they have reached their ceiling,” Crane says. “But growth requires expanding how you see yourself and what you believe is possible.”

That mindset shift has become a cornerstone of her coaching approach.

After establishing herself as a top earning agent, Crane took the next step by launching Elevate Maine Realty with a vision to build a brokerage that prioritized both profitability and purpose.

In just two years, the company reached one million dollars in profit, a milestone that reflects both rapid growth and strong leadership.

At the brokerage, Crane works closely with agents to build scalable systems, develop sales confidence and maintain a sense of balance in the process.

Her goal is not just to create top producers but to help professionals design careers that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Expanding Her Message Through Speaking and Writing

In January 2025, Crane released her bestselling book The Fulfillment Formula, which explores the intersection of mindset, identity and professional achievement.

The book has opened the door for Crane to expand into speaking and training, where she now shares strategies designed to help professionals generate six figure income within their first six months in sales.

She is currently exploring speaking opportunities at industry events, including potential appearances in Boston this spring.

At the core of her message is a belief in growth through humility and persistence.

“See the light in others and treat them as if that is all you see,” Crane says. “And be humble enough to struggle for as long as it takes to get better.”
