Today we’d like to introduce you to Shachar Peltz.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

After finishing my military service, I didn’t know what I wanted to do, I just knew I wanted to do something extraordinary with my life. Once I gave it some thought, it became clear to me that I want to become an entrepreneur and start my own business – the only question was what business should I start?
Obviously, I had no experience and no idea what kind of value I can provide to anyone – so in order to “break-in” into the business world, I started connecting with dozens of business owners, trying to figure out how I can add value to their business. Quickly enough, I learned that 90% of businesses struggle with marketing and client acquisition, so I decided to accept the challenge and do anything necessary to master these skills.
After working with dozens of businesses in different industries, I had the chance of working with a real estate agent from Florida. I immediately found out that the real estate industry is deeply flawed and I knew there’s a lot of value I can add – so once again I accepted the challenge, decided to go ‘all-in’ and make a real impact in the real estate industry.
I officially started my marketing agency ‘SP Media’, and ever since we helped dozens of agents and brokerages make a real transition in their business, implementing advanced systems that allow our clients to make more money while working less.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
I faced many challenges, from lack of support and sometimes even disparagement from people who were close to me – to lack of guidance, being completely on my own with no one to consult.
That part was specifically tough on me. Ever since I was a little kid, I was always a part of a larger system, if it’s school, a job, or the army. Bottom line – I was always ‘beneath’ someone telling me what to do, and back then when I was completely on my own with loads of self-doubt – I felt really helpless, and of course, the fact that I had $0 to my name didn’t help. I was so anxious to surround myself with like-minded people and to learn from them, and at one point, I even had to borrow money just to pay another agency owner for a few Zoom sessions.
Of course, I had to face countless more challenges – working 16-hour days trying to get my business off the ground, being a foreigner trying to build his business in the U.S, losing $30k in one day because of a bad decision I made, one time I even had an entire team of employees resigning in 24 hours leaving me alone and paralyzed.
Today, I’m glad I had to face so many challenges. Every challenge has forced me to level up. Every challenge has made me a better man, a better leader, a better entrepreneur. I believe that nothing worth having comes easy.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
Well, that’s a great question – especially when we’re talking about an industry that is loaded with so much competition.
What we do at SP Media is simple – we help our clients take their business to the next level. That means that we partner up with real estate agents, build out an entire marketing strategy for their businesses, and implement it along with other advanced systems that simplify and streamline their listing acquisition process.
There’s a famous rule, saying that 80% of results are always an outcome of 20% of the actions. A real estate agent that wants to get to the next level should work with us simply because we know exactly what actions to focus on, and we have a clear road map of getting our clients to the next level.
We strive to serve, and our solution is very comprehensive – we do all the leg work for our clients. What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
The best piece of advice I can probably give you is to trust yourself and trust the process.
If you have a goal, it’s yours, and you’re the only person who really understands it. Prepare to be misunderstood by people in your life, especially the ones that you care about the most.
People have this tendency of thinking they know what’s best for you. Well, they don’t. Only you know what’s best for you, and another huge piece of advice I can give you is never take advice from someone who did not achieve what you’re trying to achieve, or someone that isn’t living your ideal life.
I know it’s a huge cliche, but don’t you dare to give up on your dream. It is going to be hard, you will face many challenges, but achieving a long-term goal that you have is a feeling that I can’t put into words.
If you had a penny that doubles itself every day, after 15 days you’d have about $163. Do you know how much you’d have after 30 days? More than $5 Million. What’s the lesson here? trust the process.
Take risks, invest in yourself, and always remember – commitment and consistency are everything. You only need one person to believe in you, and this person is you.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success is a huge word, and my favorite definition of it is Earl Nightingale’s one – “Successs is the progressive realization of a worthy goal”.
That means that anyone who’s on course toward the fulfillment of a goal is successful. In today’s world, people consider “success” as an achievement. I believe that success lies in the journey toward the goal.
I believe that you’re successful as long as you are working towards something you want to bring into your life.

Well, that’s easy. We are going to become the world’s biggest real estate marketing company.
